  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped kimchi
  • 1/2 lb Ground beef


  • Heat your wok over medium heat and add sesame oil along with ground beef.
  • Stir-fry beef for almost 7 minutes.
  • Add kimchi in beef and cook for approximately 10 minutes
  • Add cooked rice in beef and stir it well. Cook for about 5 minutes
  • Move rice and beef to one side of your wok, crack eggs in the empty side of your wok and cook for 3 minutes to set the bottom of eggs.
  • Flip eggs and cook again for 3 minutes. Serve each portion of fried rice with one egg.
