Kimchi fried rice is primarily made with kimchi and rice along with other ingredients such as diced vegetables or meats. How to Make Kimchi Fried Rice (Kimchi Bokeumbab)

Ingredients
- Sesame oil: 2
tsp - Cooked rice: 4 cups
- Eggs: 4
- Chopped kimchi: 1 cup
- Ground beef: 1/2 pound
Directions
Step 1
Heat your wok over medium heat and add sesame oil along with ground beef.
Step 2
Stir-fry beef for almost 7 minutes.
Step 3
Add kimchi in beef and cook for approximately 10 minutes
Step 4
Add cooked rice in beef and stir it well. Cook for about 5 minutes
Step 5
Move rice and beef to one side of your wok, crack eggs in the empty side of your wok and cook for 3 minutes to set the bottom of eggs.
Step 6
Flip eggs and cook again for 3 minutes. Serve each portion of fried rice with one egg.
